Biography

A trustee since 2012, Youssef is a former member of the Lebanese parliament. He is also a member of the board of directors of BankMed and the chairman of the board of directors of the Mediterranean Company for Airport Services. Currently, he is an economic advisor to HE MP Saad Hariri. Previously, he was as an advisor to HE Late Prime Minister Martyr Rafik Hariri and former Prime Minister Fouad Siniora. He was also an economic advisor in the Ministry of Water and Electric Resources. He served as the secretary general of the Supreme Council for Privatization, Presidency of the Council of Ministers. He holds a Ph.D. from Wayne State University (Economics, 1983) and has taught economics at several American universities and in the American University of Beirut
