With the participation of 31 teams from 17 schools and 3 universities, RHU’s 4th Annual Robotics Competition, organized by RHU Student Technology Club, stroke a balance between innovation and proficiency. The Competition entitled “Obstacle course Challenge” was held on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at RHU campus and announced four winner schools, two winner universities and four award winners for best design, best programming, best team spirit, and most active team.
The competition was divided into three tracks, high schools, middle schools and university. Grand Lycee- Chehim won the first place in the high school track while La Cite- Khaldeh won the second place. Houssam Eddine Hariri High School- Saida won the first place in the Middle school track while Rafik Hariri High School- Saida won the second place.
In the university track, the first place went to the Lebanese University while RHU won the second place.
Team College Universal won the best design award, Makassed Aisha won the best team spirit award, team Dhour Shweir won the best programming and Grand Lycee team won the most active team awards.
