Dr. Bahige CHAABAN is an HR and IT Expert with over 20 years of experience, combining strong human resources leadership with information systems expertise.

He has a master’s degree in management information systems from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. He holds a Doctorate in Business administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management – France, with research on the impact of HR in ERP implementation. He is currently serving as HR Director in a reputable company in (Riyadh & Beirut). Dr. Chaaban also teaches as a part-time faculty member at Rafik Hariri University (RHU), and Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ). Dr. Chaaban’s research focuses on the intersection of HR and IT, and lately on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Human Resources."
