    Dr. El Hajj is a part-time faculty member at the College of Business Administration, Rafik Hariri University, and also teaches at the Lebanese University, Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), and Beirut Arab University (BAU). He has taught a wide range of courses, including Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Financial Management, Auditing, and Taxation. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Sciences with an emphasis on financial markets from the University of Poitiers in France. His teaching philosophy emphasizes applied learning, enabling students to connect theory with real-world financial practice. He has supervised numerous Master’s and PhD theses in finance and management.

     

    Dr. El Hajj’s research focuses on Market Finance, FinTech, Crypto, and Corporate Governance. He has published research papers in Q1 and Q2 Scopus-indexed journals in these fields. He has also reviewed papers for journals such as Taylor & Francis, MDPI, and Wiley, and led a Special Issue on Corporate Governance with the Journal of Risk and Financial Management (MDPI).
