    Nassif Al Hakim is a judge at the Lebanese Ministry of Justice and a part-time university instructor.

     

    Being a law graduate, he has a strong foundation in the Lebanese laws and regulations, including civil, commercial, banking, and criminal laws. In addition to that, holding a Bachelor degree in Business Administration provided him with essential understanding of the business principles. His graduate studies in Business Law (LLM) strengthened his expertise across a range of legal topics, including legal ethics, legal research and writing, international trade, intellectual property rights, investment, derivatives, merger and acquisition, and public private partnership. On the other hand, his professional experience as a judge enhanced his proficiency in the legal field by gaining valuable practical knowledge in real-world context.  

     

    Nassif Al Hakim has been teaching different courses including Introduction to Business Law, Business Ethics and Social Responsibility, and Oil and Gas Law, bridging his academic theory with real-life practices.  In addition to that, he has conducted several legal research projects, with a main focus on human rights, contributing to a deeper understanding of evolving legal frameworks.
