Fawzieh Orabi is a dedicated Lebanese educator with extensive experience in teaching English language and literature. She has spent her career helping students improve their English skills and achieve academic success.
Her educational background includes degrees in both finance and English literature. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Lebanese University, followed by a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature. She later completed a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature and is currently pursuing a PhD in English Literature at Beirut Arab University. Additionally, she obtained a CELTA certificate from the University of Cambridge in 2009, which qualifies her to teach English to adults.
Orabi has over 20 years of teaching experience. Since 2003, she has been an English instructor at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, teaching second- and third-year students. She has also taught high school students at Lycée Pascal School since 2008 and has been an English teacher at Omar Faroukh Public Secondary School since 2019. Recently, in September 2023, she joined Rafik Hariri University, where she has been teaching intensive English courses. Currently, she is collaborating with CRDP to create lessons to be used by public school teachers.
Her past teaching roles include positions at Jibran Andrawos Tweiny Public Secondary School (2013–2022) and Lycée Descartes School (2004–2008). Before fully dedicating herself to education, she worked as an air hostess with Emirates Airlines and as a part-time accountant at Al Mawarid Master Card, showing her versatility and strong work ethic.
Fluent in Arabic and English, Fawzieh is also skilled in using computer programs like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SPSS, and Excel. She is known for her organized and professional approach and is highly respected in the educational field.
Beyond teaching, Fawzieh enjoys reading and writing, which enrich her work. Her enthusiasm, teamwork, and problem-solving skills make her a valuable educator. She continues to inspire students and colleagues with her dedication and passion for English.
