Loubna A. Saleh is a dynamic human resource professional and academic with over 15 years of experience spanning higher education and the corporate sector. With a strong academic foundation and practical expertise, she bridges the gap between theory and application in the fields of Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Leadership.
Loubna is currently completing her PhD in Human Resource Management and Leadership at Saint Joseph University in Lebanon, after earning an MBA from the Lebanese American University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in HR Management from the American University of Beirut. Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to continuous learning and excellence, supported by a high-achieving academic record.
Throughout her career, Loubna has served as an acting chairperson and a senior university lecturer, program coordinator, and academic advisor at various institutions. She has taught a broad spectrum of courses, including Strategic Management, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Compensation & Benefits. Her role extends beyond the classroom—mentoring students, supervising research, leading academic initiatives, and coordinating HRM programs across multiple campuses.
