    Dr. Maysaa Banat is an Assistant Professor at Rafik Hariri University, College of Arts and Sciences, specializing in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). She has taught English as a Foreign Language (EFL), communication, and education and has experience in curriculum development, instructional design, teacher training, and translation. In addition to her academic role, she serves as a visiting faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management and a consultant for the Lebanese Ministry of Education & Higher Education, serving on the Specialized Technical Committee that evaluates academic programs and curricula for licensing approval.

     

    Dr. Banat is also actively engaged in continuing education, designing and delivering professional development courses on AI in research, instructional design, and various topics related to lifelong learning and skills development.

     

    She is a content designer and instructor at Linkeducare, where she develops and delivers online educational models. An active researcher, published author, and speaker, she has presented at international conferences on writing pedagogy, instructional design, technology-enhanced learning, and translation studies. She also serves as a reviewer for refereed academic journals, contributing to the advancement of research in her fields of expertise.
