Mrs. Mirna Talhouk Abu Diab is a seasoned educational and managerial professional with over 20 years of expertise. She currently serves as the Associate Director for the Office of Quality Assurance & Institutional Advancement and is a part-time Instructor at Rafik Hariri University (RHU). In her role, she has developed and implemented various tools to collect and analyze institutional data, transforming it into actionable insights to support university planning and decision-making.
Her professional journey includes founding and leading Paideia Educational Consulting in the UAE, where she delivered comprehensive educational management consulting services to both government and private sectors. During her tenure, she successfully established partnerships with multinational companies, including Microsoft, to coach educators in innovative teaching methodologies.
