The RHU Office of the President was pleased to welcome Professor Wisam Alshaikhli, President of Victoria University in the United Kingdom, accompanied by his wife, along with Dr. Fadi Kebbi and his wife, Dr. Mona Kebbi, President of the ISAPES NGO.
The delegation was welcomed by RHU President Dr. Said Ladki, Provost Dr. Mahmoud Halablab, Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Ibrahim Akkawi, and Vice President for Development and Information Technology Mr. Hisham Kobrosly during a meeting that highlighted a shared commitment to advancing higher education, interdisciplinary excellence, and international collaboration.
During the visit, Dr. Kebbi presented Dr. Ladki with a certificate of appreciation, symbolizing mutual respect and a commitment to strengthening academic ties.
