In attempt to strengthen the customer service skills of RHU staff members, RHU HR Department organized a “Customer Service Excellence Workshop” in collaboration with the College of Business Administration.
Two rounds of the workshop were held during the months of November 2018 and January 2019 and provided an excellent opportunity for learning and exchanging experiences. The workshop was prepared and presented by RHU Assistant Professor, Dr. Marwan Wabhi who shared his experience and enriched the workshop with real-life scenarios.
