As part of the Nazek Rafik Hariri Distinguished Lecture Series, RHU hosted Mr. Tarek Aboughazaleh, the Chief Operating Officer, board member, shareholder, and co-founder of Clemenceau Medical Center Beirut, which is affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine International. Mr. Aboughazaleh shared insights on success, leadership, and ethical decision-making, drawing from his professional experience in healthcare management. He emphasized that true success is not measured solely by material achievements, but by character, values, and lasting impact, citing the legacy of the late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.
The lecture centered on the significance of ethics and integrity as the pillars of long-term success. Mr. Aboughazaleh highlighted that integrity involves consistently doing what's right, even when it's challenging, and that a reputation built on trust, transparency, and fairness is among the most valuable assets in both business and leadership.
