Rafik Hariri University and specifically the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering are proud to announce that under the double degree agreement with Hochschule Mannheim - Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, Baden-Wuerttemberg, the home state of Mannheim, is offering exclusive scholarships for RHU mechanical and mechatronics engineering exchange students for the academic year 2023-2024.
RHU MME students can opt to take mechanical engineering or mechatronics engineering courses in either German or English at Mannheim University for a duration of 1 semester with the possibility of being extended to 10 months (2 semesters), and the scholarship will fully cover all the expenses.
RHU MME Chair and Associate Professor Dr. Nadim Diab shared information about this opportunity with MME students during a town hall meeting for the Department on February 23, 2023.
Rafik Hariri University and Hochschule Mannheim - Mannheim University of Applied Sciences established a bachelor's double degree program in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering in July 2021. First-of-its-kind in Lebanon, this program allows RHU students to take coursework on a coordinated basis at both institutions.
