Rafik Hariri University (RHU) is strengthening institutional cooperation through a forthcoming partnership with Lebanon’s General Directorate of General Security.
In this context, Colonel Mazen Saqr met with RHU Vice President for Administration and Finance, Mr. Ibrahim Akkawi, and Director of the Admissions Office, Ms. Zeina Tannir, to discuss preparations for signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions.
The meeting marks an important step toward a stronger partnership and a framework for future cooperation, reflecting RHU’s continued commitment to meaningful institutional relationships.
