As part of the ARAB 212 – Arabic Language and Communication course, RHU welcomed representatives from HONIENEH Group (IYDIX) to campus for an engaging field visit that connected academic learning with real-world business practices.
The session was led by the company's Purchasing Manager, Mr. Kareem Honieneh, who introduced students to the complete import process, providing practical insights into supplier communication, commercial correspondence, customs clearance, shipping, insurance, payment methods, and the documentation required for international trade.

By engaging directly with an industry professional, students gained a deeper understanding of global business operations while bridging theoretical concepts with practical application. The visit also reinforced the importance of effective business communication in international commerce.

As part of this experiential learning initiative, students will collaborate to prepare a professional report to be shared with the host company, further enhancing their analytical, communication, and reporting skills while fostering meaningful university-industry collaboration.
At RHU, experiential learning remains at the heart of the educational experience, empowering students to develop the practical knowledge, professional skills, and industry connections needed to succeed in today's global workplace.
