The Design Department at the College of Arts and Sciences welcomed representatives of the Zakat Fund, Mr. Khodor Lawand and Ms. Nada Salhab, for an insightful and interactive session dedicated to the Zakat Fund Logo Competition.



The session provided students with a thorough overview of the competition’s vision and goals, along with practical advice on effective logo design, branding factors, and creative direction. The Zakat Fund team also explained submission instructions, evaluation standards, and important deadlines, giving students a clear framework for creating impactful, meaningful designs.


Students actively participated in the discussion, gaining valuable professional insights and real-world design perspectives. The session was highly appreciated for connecting academic learning with practical application and encouraging students to showcase their creativity.
