RHU alumnus Mr. Omar Khalil Al Kaaki is one of the 18 professionals selected as Lebanon's Future Energy Leaders to participate in the national energy dialogue, support the development of energy policies, and help shape Lebanon's energy solutions of tomorrow.
This is part of the Future Energy Leaders of Lebanon program by the World Energy Council which aims to inspire, develop, and grow Lebanon's energy leaders of tomorrow.
Among the selection criteria are a solid interest and proven track record in energy and the potential to become a leader in the energy sector.
Mr. Omar Al Kaaki is a class 2012 electrical engineering graduate and a member of RHU Alumni Association. He is currently an Electrical QS Engineer at KVA, the electric distribution service provider in Lebanon. He has published 6 peer-reviewed papers in the field of renewable energy and smart grids.
