RHU celebrated esteemed Lebanese poet and composer Mr. Ahmad Kaabour for authoring the University Alma Mater. The Office of the President presented him with a certificate of appreciation on behalf of Mrs. Nazek Rafik Hariri, President of the RHU Board of Trustees, and the RHU family.
RHU President Dr. Said Ladki praised Mr. Kaabour’s artistic vision, noting that the Alma Mater reflects RHU’s values of knowledge, giving, and belonging while inspiring generations of students, faculty, and alumni.
The Alma Mater’s musical notes were composed by Dr. Ahmad Chaaban, RHU professor of engineering, embodying the vision of the late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, who believed education is the foundation of a prosperous society.
RHU reaffirms its commitment to creativity, cultural appreciation, and to those who contribute to its mission of excellence in education.
