RHU College of Business Administration hosted Dr. Khaled Haddad for the first presentation in its monthly guest speaker series, "Leveraging the ISO 9000 Series to Manage and Deliver Quality” on February 24, 2022, at 11 a.m. in the MEA Hall.
Aside from being the chairman and general manager of Pro’s Consulting, Dr. Haddad is a certified lead auditor in Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Anti Bribery Management System (ABMS).
In his presentation, Dr. Haddad provided an overview of Veritas Assurance and what ISO is, highlighting its main requirements. Then, he talked about Quality Management System and its standards. Finally, he discussed the quality assurance process, stressing the importance of meeting the customers’ requirements.
