October is the month for supporting the breast cancer fighters, admiring the survivors, honoring the lost lives, and never giving up hope. On October 13, in the green field facing the Students Affairs Office, RHU student volunteers organized a deliciously pink bake sale, a photo booth, and a makeup corner to collect donations for those struggling with breast cancer. In addition to that, the football and basketball teams played a pink game for the cause.
The "Live in Hope" event helped spread awareness among the students and the community to get checked for breast cancer. Breast cancer is still the most common cancer among women. Prevention is a must.
RHU would like to thank all participants and contributors to this event and specifically the RHU Feminism Club.
