The RHU Office of the President paid a courtesy visit to His Eminence the Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Deryan, at Dar Al Fatwa. The meeting provided an opportunity to present RHU’s academic offerings and continuous efforts to nurture ethical leadership and civic engagement among youth.
RHU President Dr. Said Ladki shared details about RHU’s upcoming national conference, dedicated to raising awareness on faith and ethical practices among the younger generation, and extended an invitation for Dar Al Fatwa’s participation in the event, set for January 20, 2026.
His Eminence welcomed the RHU delegation and commended the university’s educational mission and commitment to promoting shared values and interfaith dialogue.
This visit forms part of RHU's broader initiative to strengthen communication with Lebanon’s spiritual leaders and to strengthen cooperation between academic and religious institutions in advancing social and moral development.
