Rafik Hariri University (RHU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the American Curriculum Foundation (AMCU), marking a significant milestone in advancing leadership development and lifelong learning through high-quality, accessible, and impactful educational programs.


The MoU was signed by RHU President Dr. Said Ladki and AMCU Founder and CEO Dr. Mario R. Karkour, in the presence of Dr. Saher El Annan and Brigadier General Dr. Fadi Kibbe from AMCU, along with members of the RHU leadership team, including Vice President of Administration and Finance Mr. Ibrahim Akkawi, Provost Dr. Mahmoud Halablab, Vice President of Development and Information Technology Mr. Hisham Kobrosly, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences Dr. Houssam Salami, and Design Chairperson Ms. Serene Srouji.


The agreement paves the way for establishing a Continuous Education Center dedicated to connecting learners with industry professionals and subject-matter experts through on-campus and online programs. The center will also offer micro-credential certifications to support lifelong learning, professional advancement, and workforce readiness.



Through this strategic partnership, RHU and AMCU reaffirm their shared commitment to cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Together, they aim to create transformative learning opportunities that equip current and future leaders with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to succeed in an ever-evolving global landscape.
