    RHU Physics Day 2025 celebrates the wonders of the universe with inspiring lectures, experiments, and stargazing

    The RHU Physics and Astronomy Club proudly hosted its much-anticipated annual Physics Day, transforming the university campus into a hub of scientific discovery and inspiration. Designed to ignite curiosity and foster a love for physics among students and the broader community, the event brought together science enthusiasts of all ages for a full day of engaging lectures, interactive experiments, and celestial exploration. From quantum mechanics to cutting-edge computing, Physics Day 2025 offered a dynamic platform where education met excitement, showcasing RHU’s commitment to hands-on learning and interdisciplinary collaboration.

     

     

     

    The day featured three enlightening lectures that captured the essence of modern physics. The Physics and Astronomy Club kicked off the event with an engaging presentation on quantum physics. Following this, Dr. Yunos El Kaderi, a doctoral student and lecturer at Cergy Paris University, delivered a thought-provoking lecture on quantum computing. Mr. Doğukan Aydener, research assistant from the Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus, presented the final lecture. Accompanied by Dr. Mustafa Riza, a quantum specialist, they shared insights into their groundbreaking research.

     

     

     

     

    In addition to the lectures, attendees enjoyed a variety of physics experiments conducted in the green area. The event also included food courts and a special movie screening at the MEA Conference Hall, providing both education and entertainment. As the sun set, the day concluded with a mesmerizing stargazing session, where participants observed Jupiter and its four moons through powerful telescopes.

     

     

    Physics Day 2025 was a resounding success, fostering a deeper appreciation for the field of physics among all who attended.
