The Student Technology Club team of RHU mechatronics engineering students Abdel Rahim El Mohamad and Ishak Hamad ranked first winning all matches in the SumoBots competition organized by the Robotics Club at the Lebanese University (Branch I) in Tripoli on September 19, 2019.
The team built a 1kg mini sumo robot that competed in a knockout tournament that included 6 teams from other competing universities.
