The RHU Co-op and Career Services Office organized an educational visit for RHU engineering students to Matrix Energy & Automation on February 5, 2026. The visit was led by Ms. Nisrine Kheir, Co-op and Career Services Senior Associate, as part of the Office’s ongoing efforts to connect academic learning with real-world industry experience.

During the visit, students explored practical applications of Siemens PLC systems, SCADA/HMI solutions, servo motion control, and industrial hardware, gaining hands-on experience with modern automation technologies and industry practices.

RHU sincerely thanks Eng. Mahmoud Ismael and Eng. Yara Ismail for generously sharing their expertise, and Ms. Khouloud for her warm hospitality and ongoing support. The visit also highlighted two key professional lessons for students: the importance of developing strong technical skills and practicing engineering with integrity and ethics.
The visit also provided an opportunity to reconnect with RHU alumni at the company, further strengthening the relationship between the University and industry.
