    RHU students learn practical strategies to cultivate resilient leadership during times of crisis

    On Thursday, April 4, 2024, the College of Business Administration organized a Leadership in Times of Crisis: Building Resilience seminar. RHU CBA hosted Ms. Arij Kaissi Hout, an educational psychologist, executive and leadership coach, and entrepreneur. The seminar was held place at 11:00 a.m. in the MEA Conference Hall. 

     

     

    During the seminar, Ms. Kaissi highlighted the importance of understanding threats and developing resilient leadership, a growth mindset, and agility in facing crises such as COVID-19 and the Beirut blast. By adopting these strategies, businesses can demonstrate their readiness to tackle challenges proactively and emerge stronger.

     

     

     

    Attendees learned practical strategies for identifying threats, developing resilient leadership qualities, nurturing growth mindsets, and honing agility to navigate uncertainty effectively.

     

     Ms. Kaissi emphasized the values of adaptability, innovation, and proactive leadership, promoting the message of empowerment and readiness. She emphasized the importance of being prepared to overcome challenges and thrive.

     

     

    In her presentation, Ms. Kaissi acknowledged the remarkable resilience of the Lebanese people, especially the current generation, who have endured numerous challenges in the past year while continuing to stand tall, adapt, and persevere. "This resilience proves our capacity to overcome any obstacle," she said, urging attendees to harness this strength to drive positive change and shape the future.
