Ready to go #Xtreme?
On September 24, Rafik Hariri University (RHU) students in the College of Engineering took their first step toward one of the world’s most challenging programming competitions as Hasan Chriedeh, IEEEXtreme 20.0 Student Branch Ambassador at RHU, led an introductory seminar on IEEEXtreme 20.0, the global 24-hour programming competition organized by IEEE.
The session introduced students to the competition and provided practical guidance on how to get involved, from team formation and registration to preparation strategies and competition-day expectations. Participants also gained valuable insights into the skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and commitment required to take on the challenge.
With IEEEXtreme bringing together student teams from around the world, the seminar encouraged RHU’s aspiring programmers to sharpen their coding skills, challenge themselves, and prepare to represent the university on the global stage.
