The IEEE Lebanon Section – Young Professionals Lebanon, in collaboration with the IEEE BAU Student Branch (Tripoli) and with active participation from the IEEE, EMBS, and WIE RHU Student Branches, successfully hosted SYPLC’25 on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Beirut Arab University – Tripoli Campus.

The full-day Student Young Professionals Leadership Congress brought together students, professionals, and innovators for a series of inspiring keynote sessions, interactive workshops, and an energetic debate competition. A special highlight of the event was recognizing RHU’s Hadi Issa, who proudly accepted the IEEE Ambassador Award for his outstanding contributions and leadership within the IEEE community.

“SYPLC’25 was a powerful reminder of how engineers can influence ethical discussions in technology. Seeing our RHU members participate and Hadi Issa winning the Ambassador Award was a moment of pride for our entire community,” said the IEEE RHU Student Branch.

We encourage all RHU students and IEEE members to continue participating in national IEEE activities, debates, and leadership events. These platforms empower young engineers to enhance communication skills, address modern technological challenges, and establish meaningful connections with professionals across Lebanon.
