RHU Design Department in the College of Arts and Sciences is proud of graphic design students, Ms. Karen Khodur and Mr. Mohammad Darwish, for winning the first and third prize of the Playing Cards Design Competition created by Aleph Printing in collaboration with the Lebanese Graphic Design Syndicate. As winners, their playing cards shall be printed and sold locally and internationally.
This competition is a new creative venture launched this year to create playing cards with a Lebanese feel.
Ms. Karen Khodur received 1,500,000 L.L. and some gifts from Aleph Printing and the right for a specific percentage of the sold playing cards. Mr. Mohammad Darwish received gifts from Aleph printing and will also have his playing cards sold in and outside Lebanon.
