The Designand CISDepartments in the College of Arts and Sciencesrecently held free workshops in Adobe Photoshop and Web Development & Design for high school students.The workshops took place on March 8 and 9, 2024, and were attended by approximately 150 students from various schools. The primary aim of the workshops was to serve the community by spreading technical knowledge and introducing students to the majors offered by the College of Arts and Sciences.
The schools that participated in the workshops included Bayader School, Al Ofoq Al Jadeed High School, Jaleel School, CIS Khalde, Khaled Bin Waleed - Makassed, Eman High School, Sports Academy School, Omar Bin Khattab – Makassed, Dawhet El Hoss, Saint Maria College, College Universelle, Carmel Saint Joseph School, Debs Vocational and Technical Institute, ANC, and Al Qaraoun Official Public High School, Saint Joseph de L’Apparition – Saida, Joubran Ghassan Twaini.
The students were able to visit the campus and enjoy an educational and fun day at RHU. As a result, most students expressed interest in pursuing their education at RHU in different majors.
