Understanding mental health begins with creating a safe space to talk, listen, and learn. The Spot Club at Rafik Hariri University welcomed Embrace to campus for Mental Health 101, an interactive session designed to raise awareness and encourage open and meaningful discussions about mental health and wellbeing.

The session explored key topics including recognizing signs that someone may be struggling, practicing active listening, seeking appropriate support, and maintaining healthy self-care practices. Through discussion and interaction, students expanded their understanding of mental health and reflected on the importance of supporting themselves and those around them.

RHU extends its heartfelt thanks to Embrace for sharing its knowledge, experience, and insights, and for helping create a welcoming environment where students could learn, ask questions, and engage openly with an important topic.

We also thank everyone who attended and actively participated in the session. By creating opportunities for awareness, dialogue, and connection, RHU continues to encourage a community where wellbeing is recognized as an important part of student life.
Let’s keep talking, keep listening, and keep making mental health part of the conversation.
