As part of the Track Your Future series, the Women in Engineering (WIE) RHU Student Branch at the College of Engineering hosted a professional development workshop titled “How to Boost Your LinkedIn Profile” on October 14, 2025.
The event aimed to help participants improve their professional online presence by teaching them how to use LinkedIn effectively for career development, personal branding, and networking with recruiters.
The session was led by Mr. Ahmad Ayoub (ahmadthematrix), a renowned career counselor with extensive experience guiding over 1,500 individuals, creating more than 700 CVs, and optimizing over 250 LinkedIn profiles for clients across 15+ countries.
The interactive workshop, attended by approximately 20 participants, provided practical tips and live feedback on improving LinkedIn profiles. Participants left with valuable insights on how to make their profiles stand out, use keywords strategically, and attract the right professional opportunities.
As Mr. Ayoub noted during the session, “Your LinkedIn profile isn’t just an online CV — it’s your personal brand.” The workshop was well received by attendees, who praised its engaging format and relevance to their career goals.
