RHU proudly celebrates alumna Linda Arnaout, Business Class of 2007 (B.S.) and 2016 MBA graduate, whose recently published book, The Success Equation, reflects her personal and professional journey and her passion for helping others navigate their own paths to success.
A collection of 20 chapters, The Success Equation explores how we can build our own path to success, especially when life does not go according to plan. Inspired by real-life experiences and personal growth, the book combines personal reflection with practical guidance on redefining success, knowing our worth, stepping outside our comfort zones, setting meaningful goals, building resilience, growing our careers, managing time, and developing strong relationships.
Linda’s own journey reflects many of the themes explored in her book. After earning her MBA from RHU and serving in the University’s Human Resources Department, she pursued a Master of Employment Relations at Memorial University of Newfoundland and continued her professional journey in Canada.
Today, Linda serves as HR Manager at Munn Insurance, is a Certified Life and Career Coach, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Community Centre Alliance in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
At the heart of The Success Equation is a powerful message: our circumstances may shape our starting point, but they do not have to define our destination.
