RHU alumna Wafaa Alaeddine, class of 2018 graphic design graduate, who reaped the first place Pan Arab Award and the first place of the visual category at the Arab StarPack Competition last year has recently been recognized as World Packaging Organization WorldStar Student. This award was part of the International Packaging Design Competition in which she competed with her project for the Design II class at RHU.
It is worth pointing out to the grueling nature of this competition that attracts entries from all over the world. The greatest achievement of RHU is its alumni who continue to be a testimony of RHU’s commitment to excellence in education. Wafaa you made RHU and Lebanon proud.
The WorldStar Packaging Awards Competition is one of the major events of the World Packaging Organization (WPO), a prominent international packaging award. Quoted from their website, “WorldStar illustrates the continual advancement of the state of packaging design and technology and creates a living standard of international packaging excellence from which others may learn.”
