PART-TIME SPORTS COACHES
General information

Rafik Hariri University invites applications for “Part-time Sports Coaches” to train, guide, and motivate RHU students to improve their physical fitness and technical skills to achieve peak performance in their sport. Candidates must have experience in training players in the fields of Futsal, Table Tennis, Tennis, and Volleyball.
Duties and responsibilities

Successful candidate will commit to:
- Planning and leading practice sessions for students.
- Creating strategies to lead the teams to victory in competitions.
- Providing feedback and coaching during competitions.
- Maintaining player and team records.
- Mentoring players to achieve and win competitions.
- Motivating players to improve their physical fitness and technical skills.
- Maintaining the equipment and facilities to ensure safe playing conditions.
- Supporting in organizing and managing sports events.
- Collaborating with Athletics Department during university events.
- Assising in talent identification and recruitment efforts.
Educational and Special Requirements

The candidate must hold Sports/Training Certifications with at least three years of training experience. The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and must have excellent command of English language (oral and written).
