On August 27, 2025, RHU proudly welcomed the incoming class of 2025-2026 at its New Student Orientation Program, marking the start of an exciting and transformative journey. The event gave students and their families the chance to meet faculty and staff, explore the campus, and feel the vibrant spirit of RHU.

RHU President, Vice Presidents, and Deans, personally greeted the students and their parents, demonstrating the university’s unwavering commitment to guiding and supporting students throughout their academic and personal growth.

In his motivating address, President Dr. Said Ladki inspired students to dream boldly, embrace challenges, and take full ownership of their journey at RHU. He emphasized diligence, resilience, and responsibility, encouraging students to study consistently, engage actively with their advisors, and prepare for success. Highlighting RHU as a place to innovate, experiment, and build meaningful relationships, he reminded students: "This campus is NOT your destination. It's your runway," a place to gather knowledge, energy, and experience to soar toward endless possibilities.

Following the President’s address, RHU Provost Dr. Mahmoud Halablab welcomed students and their parents, emphasizing that they are in capable hands. He introduced the RHU Deans, Dr. Mohamad Al Abed of the College of Business Administration, Dr. Mohamad Taha of the College of Engineering, and Dr. Houssam Salami of the College of Arts and Sciences. They all warmly welcomed students to the RHU family and highlighted that programs are fully accredited and continuously updated to keep pace with innovations in AI and technology.

Key sessions equipped students with essential guidance, including academic registration and support by Registrar Ms. Nidal Khalaf; campus engagement and student services, covering clubs, societies, athletics, and work-study programs, presented by Assistant Director of Student Affairs Ms. Sahar Hallak; IT support, including webmail, Moodle, labs, and printing services, provided by Ms. Lina Basho; health and insurance guidance from Human Resources Assistant Ms. Nathalie Hourani; and financial services and payment instructions presented by Finance Manager Ms. Marwa Khanji. Throughout, students were reminded that RHU is not just a university but a home, a second home to grow, explore, and thrive.

The Student Affairs Office showcased a video capturing RHU’s vibrant campus life and invited students to join the Clubs and Societies Recruitment Week, the RHU Welcome Party, and varsity teams, fostering engagement and community spirit.

Students then toured the campus in groups by college, visiting dorms, labs, athletic facilities, and other key spaces, helping them feel at home and familiar with RHU’s dynamic environment.

The New Student Orientation successfully welcomed students into the RHU family, setting them on a path to thrive academically, socially, and professionally, and igniting their journey toward limitless possibilities.
