The RHU EMBS Society in the College of Engineering proudly hosted class 2019 biomedical engineering alumna Rola Mardini on March 2, 2023, at the MEA Conference Hall for a seminar on Biomedical Engineering Field: When We Match Passion and Purpose, We Find Our Way.
Ms. Mardini discussed her four years of work experience as a clinical biomedical engineer at Hammoud Hospital and Labib Hospital. She defined the different services that biomedical engineers provide in hospitals, removing some ambiguities about biomedical engineering and encouraging students to pursue this field. She also gave a brief explanation of her senior-year project.
At the end of her presentation, Ms. Rola answered students' questions and responded to all their inquiries.
