College of Arts and Sciences Professor Dr. Najwa Saba ‘Ayon represented RHU at the International Academic Forum (IAFOR) during the 6th Barcelona Conference on Education, held from September 30 to October 4, 2025. She presented her paper, “How to Optimize Resumes with AI Tools,” emphasizing how AI platforms like ChatGPT and Careerflow.ai can help students create effective, job-ready resumes that meet Applicant Tracking System (ATS) standards.

Her presentation was well received by an international audience of educators and researchers, who praised its practical classroom applications and its ethical framework for integrating AI into higher education.

Presenting at IAFOR was an invaluable opportunity to share a practical, ethically grounded approach to AI in the curriculum. Our students learned how to make AI a partner, not a replacement, in preparing resumes that work for both hiring algorithms and human reviewers. This is essential training for today’s job market, where AI is embedded in every stage of recruitment,” said Dr. Saba ‘Ayon.

This contribution highlights RHU’s ongoing dedication to academic innovation, employability, focused learning, and international scholarly engagement.
