Rafik Hariri University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with I’DAD School Friends of the Disabled Association, marking an important step toward enhancing collaboration in inclusivity, community involvement, and shared educational projects.


The MoU was signed by RHU President Dr. Said Ladki and I’DAD President Dr. Moussa Charafeddine. The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Dana Charafeddine and Mr. Roland from I’DAD. The event also included members of the RHU leadership, including Vice Presidents Dr. Mahmoud Halablab, Mr. Ibrahim Akkawi, and Mr. Hisham Kobrosli, as well as Dr. Housam Salami, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, and Ms. Serene Srouji, Chair of the Design Department.

The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation that promotes inclusivity and accessibility, enables the use of RHU’s campus facilities for joint activities, and encourages collaboration across educational, social, and community initiatives. Through this partnership, both institutions aim to build supportive environments that empower individuals with disabilities and promote greater social integration.

This MoU demonstrates RHU’s ongoing dedication to social responsibility, inclusive education, and community partnership, strengthening its role as an institution committed to serving society through meaningful and sustainable collaboration.
