The Investment Society in the Financial Studies Department at the College of Business Administration hosted a hands-on workshop titled “Financial Statements in Excel,” led by senior students Taymaa Al Soloh, Ahmad Hijazi, and Ivans Samaan from the Finance and Banking, Accounting, and Business Information Technology Management programs.



The workshop taught participants the basics of creating financial statements using Excel’s innovative tools and simple formulas. Students actively practiced applying key functions and techniques to make financial tasks easier and more automatic, working with real-world business and finance examples to boost their analytical and technical skills.


This interactive session provided participants with valuable insights into how Excel can improve efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making in financial and business environments. The workshop enhanced students’ confidence and professional skills and demonstrated RHU’s dedication to practical, technology-focused learning.
