RHU Women in Engineering (WIE) Society at the College of Engineering hosted the “Interview Tips for Students” Workshop on September 25. The session aimed to provide students with practical strategies for succeeding in job interviews, increasing confidence, and effectively presenting themselves to potential employers.

The session featured Dr. Rama Azanky, founder of WriteRight Services, a CV writing expert with over five years of experience helping students and professionals create impactful résumés and advance their careers. Additionally, as an English instructor and ESL specialist with ten years of university teaching experience, she has guided learners in developing strong communication and professional skills.

Approximately 45 students participated in the interactive session, actively engaging by asking questions and sharing their own interview experiences. This lively exchange fostered a supportive environment, encouraging students to reflect on their challenges and successes.
Key takeaways emphasize the importance of preparation, self-awareness, and personalized communication to make a lasting impression on employers. As Dr. Azanky noted, “An interview is not just about answering questions; it’s about showing who you are and how you can add value.”

Her insights, along with students’ active participation, made the session memorable and impactful. It provided attendees with practical tools to improve their career readiness.
