This course explores human behavior as a biologically grounded, emotionally driven, and socially shaped process. Rather than treating behavior as purely rational or purely psychological, the course examines how brain systems, emotional regulation, identity, and social influence interact to shape how humans live, choose, consume, cooperate, and lead. Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral economics, students learn how biological survival mechanisms, emotional processing, and cognitive shortcuts guide behavior, often outside conscious awareness. These perspectives are integrated with the instructor’s 11 Ps framework, offering a structured, human approach to reflection, responsibility, and action across life domains.
