The RHU Communication and Alumni Relations Office ensures effective communication and engagement with internal and external audiences.
The Office manages and regularly updates the RHU website as the university’s primary official communication platform and is responsible for content development and writing for all university publications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with RHU’s brand and values. It promotes university news, events, and success stories through the website, social media platforms, and online news portals.
The Office supports RHU units by coordinating event scheduling and managing the RHU Event Calendar and, in collaboration with RHU colleges, departments, and offices, develops press releases and manages media relations to facilitate coverage across local media outlets and television channels.
In addition, the Office oversees RHU’s digital marketing activities, including SEO, email, mobile, and social media marketing. Social media marketing is carried out in close collaboration with the Digital Media and Design Division to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
The Communication and Alumni Relations Office at Rafik Hariri University is dedicated to fostering lifelong relationships with RHU alumni and strengthening their connection to the University. The Office maintains an updated and confidential alumni database, oversees centralized alumni communications, and supports the activities of the RHU Alumni Association. It promotes alumni engagement through networking and professional development initiatives, highlights alumni achievements through the RHU Alumni Impact Campaign and alumni social media platforms, and celebrates excellence through the annual Alumni Honors Program. Through these efforts, the Office showcases the global impact of RHU alumni and encourages their active involvement in university life.
